Camp Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City Friday night, Duterte said: “Iniwanan pa kami ni (Defense Secretary) Delfin (Lorenzana) ng $32 million. Okay ito ah. Bastusin natin ulit para mag-areglo itong buang na ito. Pera pala ito, pera-pera lang.”
Duterte met with Kerry, American Ambassador Philip Goldberg in Malacanang on July 27 when the US’ fourth most powerful man visited the country.
“Kausap namin si Kerry. Okay naman siya kasi nag-away kami ng ambassador niya, ‘yung ambassador, ‘yung bakla. Putangina bwisit ako diyan,” said a visibly irritated Duterte.
Duterte has not forgotten how Goldberg chimed in with the Australian ambassador on his rape joke on a dead Australian missionary in the neat of the campaign,
“Makikisali doon sa eleksyon eh , giving statements here and there. You’re not supposed to do that,”
This is what Goldberg said to Duterte: “Statements by anyone, anywhere that either degrade women or trivialize issues so serious as rape or murder are not ones that we condone.” Duterte replied by telling Goldberg to shut up.
