THE policeman who had been missing since August 10 was found decomposing in a firing range in Lapu-Lapu City last night.
PO2 Ryan Casiban, 37, was the policeman who had written two reports in the Cordova police blotter and named retired generals Marcelo Garbo and Vicente Loot, now mayor of Daanbantayan town, in both.
The blotter reports did not indicate any complainant.
Casiban was last seen leaving the Cordova Police Station at 2:50 a.m. of August 10.
“I want to write what is justice for all to stop all illegal drugs. God is in me,” Casiban had written, in the police letter.
